How we handle client data and access.

Google Ads management requires handling sensitive advertiser data. Our policies are explicit.

Access & authorization

We operate client Google Ads accounts under manager-account (MCC) linking or named-user access, always with the minimum permission level required for the engagement. We never request unrestricted root access where a narrower scope is sufficient.

All API access is conducted through OAuth 2.0 with refresh tokens stored in encrypted secrets management. Developer tokens are tied to QuantForge's manager account and are never shared with clients or third parties.

Data handling

Client advertising data, conversion data, and first-party audience data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or use client data for purposes beyond the explicit engagement.

First-party data used for Enhanced Conversions (hashed email, phone) is handled per Google's Customer Match Policy. Data is transmitted via the official Google Ads API over TLS, never stored outside approved infrastructure, and purged at engagement close.

Google Ads policy compliance

All campaigns we operate comply with Google Ads policies including advertising content restrictions, destination requirements, trademark policies, and personalized-advertising restrictions. We pre-review creative and landing pages against the Google Ads policy framework before any ad submission.

We never operate campaigns for restricted categories without explicit certification (gambling, healthcare, financial services, etc.) and never use deceptive practices, redirects, or cloaked landing pages.
