Fair Housing Act & Special Ad Categories

All real estate advertising we operate complies with the Fair Housing Act and applicable equivalent legislation in the markets we serve. Meta and Google both enforce Special Ad Category restrictions for housing advertising — we operate exclusively within those frameworks. Prohibited targeting by race, colour, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability is never used. Equal Housing Opportunity logos and disclosures are applied to all applicable creative.

We monitor platform policy updates to Fair Housing enforcement and update campaign structures proactively when policy changes, not after a violation triggers a review.

RESPA & Financial Advertising Compliance

Real estate marketing involving mortgage, title, or settlement service providers is subject to RESPA Section 8 restrictions. Co-marketing arrangements, affiliated business disclosures, and referral fee structures are reviewed against RESPA requirements before any co-branded campaign is built or launched.

Mortgage-related advertising components comply with CFPB and HUD advertising guidelines including required rate disclosures, APR requirements, and fair lending standards applicable to the jurisdictions being marketed.
