Every engagement handles sensitive client data. Our policies are explicit.

Access & data handling

Audits are conducted with read-only access to analytics, Search Console, and any internal dashboards required. We never request write access, credentials to production systems, or passwords for other services unless explicitly scoped.

All data gathered during an audit is handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Audit findings are shared only with named client stakeholders. Competitive or industry insights gathered during the audit are not reused for other clients without explicit written permission.

Methodology transparency

The 101-point framework is documented and available to clients before the audit begins. Every check is named, defined, and scored consistently across engagements — no shifting criteria mid-audit.

Where we use third-party tools (PageSpeed Insights, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.), the tool + the data source is cited in the audit output. Clients can replicate any check themselves with the same tool.

No false urgency

We do not manufacture urgency, inflate issue severity, or recommend services the audit does not justify. If an issue has no material business impact, the audit says so explicitly.

Audit fees are fixed at scoping. We do not charge recurring fees for access to historical audit data — once delivered, the report is yours.
