How we handle client data and access.

Every engagement handles sensitive client data. Our policies are explicit.

Access & authorization

We operate client social accounts under Business Manager partnership assignments, LinkedIn Page admin roles, TikTok Business Center access, or equivalent scoped-access mechanisms on each platform — always with the minimum permission level required for the engagement. We never request account password credentials where an official access model exists.

All API access is conducted through OAuth 2.0 with app-scoped tokens stored in encrypted secrets management. Tokens are tied to QuantForge's platform apps and are never shared with clients or third parties.

Data handling

Client content calendars, audience data, and performance metrics are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or use client data for purposes beyond the explicit engagement.

First-party data used for custom audiences and retargeting (hashed email, phone) is handled per each platform's Data Processing Terms. Data is transmitted via official APIs over TLS, never stored outside approved infrastructure, and purged at engagement close.

Platform policy compliance

All content we publish complies with each platform's Community Guidelines and Advertising Standards — including branded-content disclosure, paid-partnership tagging, restricted-category rules, and copyright compliance on audio and video. We pre-review creative against policy before any post goes live.

We never operate accounts in ways that violate automation, follow-unfollow, or engagement-manipulation policies. All growth is through paid amplification and organic engagement, not artificial activity.
