We operate client Meta Business accounts under Business Manager partnership assignments or named-user access, always with the minimum permission level required for the engagement. We never request unrestricted admin access where a narrower scope is sufficient.
All Marketing API access is conducted through OAuth 2.0 with system-user tokens stored in encrypted secrets management. API credentials are tied to QuantForge's Business Manager and are never shared with clients or third parties.
Client advertising data, conversion data, and first-party audience data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or use client data for purposes beyond the explicit engagement.
First-party data used for Custom Audiences and Conversions API (hashed email, phone, external_id) is handled per Meta's Data Processing Terms and Business Tools Terms. Data is transmitted via the official Meta Marketing API over TLS, never stored outside approved infrastructure, and purged at engagement close.
All campaigns we operate comply with Meta Advertising Standards including prohibited content, restricted content categories, personal attributes policy, and landing-page requirements. We pre-review creative and landing pages against Meta's policy framework before any ad submission.
We never operate campaigns for restricted categories without explicit certification (subscription services, financial products, health, etc.) and never use deceptive practices, redirects, or cloaked landing pages.
