How we handle client data and access.

Every engagement handles sensitive client data. Our policies are explicit.

Access & authorization

We operate client LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts under Business Manager linking or named-user access with the minimum permission scope required for the engagement. Access is scoped per-account; credentials are never shared across engagements.

Marketing API access uses OAuth 2.0 with refresh tokens stored in encrypted secrets management. Application credentials are tied to QuantForge's approved LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform account.

Data handling

Client B2B data, lead submissions, and conversion data are handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or use client data beyond the explicit engagement.

Lead Gen Form submissions and Matched Audience uploads are handled per LinkedIn's Data Processing Agreement and Marketing Developer Platform terms. PII transmitted via the Conversions API uses hashed identifiers over TLS, stored only within approved infrastructure, purged at engagement close.

LinkedIn Ads policy compliance

All campaigns comply with LinkedIn Advertising Guidelines including prohibited content, restricted content, landing-page requirements, and personalized-advertising restrictions. Creative and destination pages are pre-reviewed against LinkedIn's policy framework.

We never operate campaigns in restricted verticals without explicit client authorization (financial services, political, pharmaceuticals) and never use deceptive redirects, misleading creative, or off-platform engagement gates.
