We operate client email programs under dedicated API credentials and sending domains. Client credentials are stored in encrypted secrets management; sending domains are typically managed by the client with DNS records delegated for our operational use.
Third-party email platform access (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Resend, etc.) is granted at the minimum permission level required, with named-user access, revocable at any time.
Subscriber data, engagement data, and deliverability data are handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or reuse subscriber lists or engagement data across engagements.
All email operations comply with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, PDPA, and CAN-SPAM where applicable. Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days (often faster), unsubscribe links are functional on every send, and sender identity is clearly disclosed. Double opt-in is the default for new-list acquisition.
