Every engagement handles sensitive client data. Our policies are explicit.

Content integrity

Every piece we publish is fact-checked, source-verified, and brand-voice-reviewed before going live. AI-augmented drafting is never the final output — every article, post, email, and video script passes through mandatory human editorial review. Hallucinations caught in QA, never shipped to production.

We do not use ghost-bylines, undisclosed AI authorship where transparency is expected, or fabricated case studies. Where AI contribution is material, attribution follows the client's disclosure policy and platform requirements.

Data handling

Client editorial data, audience data, and performance data are handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell or reuse client content, briefs, or audience insights for other engagements without written permission.

Content briefs, source documents, and editorial calendars are stored in tenant-isolated repositories. Client data is not used to train models. Personal data captured during content production (quotes, case studies) is handled per GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA where applicable.

Platform & copyright compliance

All content complies with platform-specific guidelines (Google Helpful Content, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube community standards). We do not publish scraped content, plagiarized work, or AI-generated content that violates platform disclosure requirements.

Third-party content (quotes, images, data) is properly attributed and licensed. We use original imagery, licensed stock, or AI imagery with explicit commercial-use rights. Music, footage, and fonts are licensed per use case.
