Every engagement handles sensitive client data. Our policies are explicit.

Access & authorization

We operate client CMS, analytics, and distribution platforms under delegated-user access with the minimum permission level required for the engagement. We never request owner-level access where a restricted editor or author role is sufficient.

All API access is conducted through OAuth 2.0 or scoped API keys stored in encrypted secrets management. Credentials are tied to QuantForge's platform apps and are never shared with clients or third parties.

Data handling

Client editorial calendars, subscriber data, and performance metrics are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not resell, share, or use client data for purposes beyond the explicit engagement.

Subscriber data used for newsletter and lifecycle content is handled per each ESP's Data Processing Terms. Data is transmitted via official APIs over TLS, never stored outside approved infrastructure, and purged at engagement close.

Editorial standards & compliance

All content we produce complies with platform Community Guidelines, FTC endorsement rules, paid-partnership disclosure requirements, and applicable copyright and licensing terms. We pre-review creative against policy before publication.

We do not publish AI-generated content without human editorial review and expert voicing. All facts, statistics, and quotes are sourced and verified. We do not plagiarize, scrape without attribution, or publish work we cannot stand behind.
