E-commerce & DTC

Full-service marketing for E-commerce & DTC, end-to-end.

QuantForge HQ operates marketing and digital infrastructure for e-commerce brands and direct-to-consumer businesses on behalf of enterprise and mid-market clients. We handle Meta Ads, Google Shopping, email, content, SEO, creative production, and product feed management — built for the creative velocity, attribution complexity, and seasonal scaling demands that break standard agency retainer models.

// What we run for e-commerce clients

Nine operations, one accountable team.

Every digital channel an e-commerce or DTC brand depends on to acquire customers and build retention — operated without the creative bottlenecks, feed errors, and attribution gaps that drain ad spend and slow growth.

01

Meta Ads Management

Facebook and Instagram campaign management via the Meta Marketing API. Creative rotation at the velocity Andromeda’s algorithm demands — new assets before fatigue hits, not after performance falls. CAPI server-side tracking for iOS attribution resilience.

02

Google Shopping & Search

Google Shopping campaigns with active product feed management, Performance Max, and branded/non-branded search separation. Feed quality monitoring to prevent disapprovals from wiping impression share without warning.

03

Email & CRM Operations

Full-lifecycle email infrastructure — welcome series, abandonment flows, post-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, and newsletters. Deliverability-first with spam rate monitoring, list hygiene, and consent compliance throughout.

04

Creative Production

Image, video, UGC-style, and carousel creative produced at the volume and refresh cadence Meta’s algorithm demands. Briefs, production, resizing, and copy variation managed end-to-end — no separate creative agency required.

05

Content Operations

Product copy, collection page content, blog articles, and buying guides produced continuously for SEO and conversion. Written for search performance and on-site conversion — not generic brand content that neither ranks nor sells.

06

SEO & Organic Growth

Technical SEO, collection and product page optimisation, schema markup, and content cluster architecture for e-commerce. Operated as a continuous function with weekly velocity, not a quarterly project that never gets completed.

07

Product Feed Management

Google Merchant Center and Meta Catalog feed management. Attribute optimisation, GTIN accuracy, error resolution, and inventory sync to prevent ads running on out-of-stock or mispriced products. Feed health monitored daily.

08

Website Development

Conversion rate optimisation, landing page builds, A/B testing infrastructure, and Shopify platform development. Speed, mobile experience, and checkout flow built for DTC conversion — not just brand presentation.

09

AI Integration

Product recommendation engines, dynamic content personalisation, automated feed optimisation, predictive churn scoring, and inventory-aware campaign triggers built into your existing e-commerce stack.

// How we operate in e-commerce

Built for how e-commerce actually works.

E-commerce marketing breaks faster than any other category — creative fatigue accelerates, feeds decay, attribution erodes, and seasonal windows are unforgiving. Every system we operate is built for that operating reality.

Specific operational differences

  • Creative velocity management — Meta’s algorithm burns assets in 2-3 weeks. We maintain a continuous creative production pipeline with rotation schedules tied to frequency thresholds and CPM signals, not a monthly creative review meeting.
  • iOS attribution infrastructure — server-side conversion tracking via Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions is standard on every engagement. No reliance on browser-based pixels alone for measurement across iOS-impacted audiences.
  • Feed management as a daily operation — Google Merchant Center and Meta Catalog feeds are monitored daily. Price changes, out-of-stock events, and attribute errors are resolved before they cause disapprovals or campaigns to run on unavailable products.
  • Seasonal scaling protocols — Q4, sale events, and seasonal spikes are planned and resourced in advance. Creative, copy, landing pages, and email flows are built before peak windows open — not constructed while the peak is live.
  • Return rate attribution — return rates are factored into ROAS targets and reporting. Net revenue ROAS is the metric we optimise against — because a 4x ROAS on products with 30% returns is a 2.8x in reality.
  • Retention-to-acquisition balance — acquisition and retention programs run simultaneously, not sequentially. LTV modelling determines the acquisition ROAS floor; email and loyalty programs are operated to extend it.
  • Compliance across all channels — CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and subscription billing laws apply across email, SMS, and paid simultaneously. Consent frameworks, unsubscribe handling, and opt-out systems are built in from day one.
  • Inventory-aware campaign management — media spend is adjusted based on inventory position. Ads do not run heavy on products approaching stockout. Seasonal forecasting feeds media planning to prevent the mismatch that kills conversion rates during peak periods.

// Compliance & data handling

How we handle e-commerce data and access.

E-commerce marketing operates across multiple channels with overlapping consumer data regulations, product claim standards, and platform policies. Our compliance protocols are applied at the infrastructure level before any campaign launches.

Consumer Data Privacy: GDPR, CCPA & Email Regulations

E-commerce marketing collects customer data across lead capture, email, ad retargeting, and on-site behaviour simultaneously. We build consent frameworks compliant with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and CASL requirements into every landing page, form, and email system before launch. Email programs are built with authenticated headers (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), CAN-SPAM compliance, and spam complaint rate monitoring maintained below the Gmail 0.3% threshold that triggers sender reputation penalties.

All customer data is handled in tenant-isolated environments and used only for the explicit purpose of the engagement. Suppression lists are maintained and synced across all active channels throughout.

Product Claim & Advertising Compliance

All product claims, review content, and advertising copy we produce comply with FTC guidelines on testimonials, endorsements, and substantiation requirements. Health, beauty, and supplement product claims are reviewed against FDA guidelines applicable to the product category before any creative is submitted to a platform. Before/after content, guaranteed result claims, and unsubstantiated performance statistics are not used in any creative we produce.

We do not use deceptive countdown timers, artificial scarcity signals, or misleading pricing in any creative or landing page we produce for an engagement.

Subscription Billing & Negative Option Compliance

For subscription e-commerce and DTC brands, subscription billing disclosures, cancellation terms, and negative option compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction. We build required disclosures into landing pages, checkout flows, and email programs according to applicable FTC and state-level subscription billing regulations. The right to cancel is clearly stated and cancellation flows are functional before any subscription-based campaign launches.
